Chai, fall, respiratory support... what do they all have in common?

Cinnamon! Cinnamon Bark essential oil has so many uses that there are just too many to list!

Most widely known for its use as a spice, Cinnamon Bark also has many health-promoting benefits.

Cinnamon bark originates from a tropical, evergreen tree that grows up to 45-feet high and has highly fragrant bark, leaves, and flowers.

The oil is extracted from bark, and contains strong cleansing and immune support properties. Because of very its high content of cinnamaldehyde, Cinnamon should always be diluted with a carrier oil when applied to the skin and a little goes a long way! Only one to two drops are needed for optimal benefits.

Some Tips For Use:

Add 1 drop of Cinnamon essential oil in hot water or tea and drink slowly to soothe your irritated throat.

Add 2–3 drops in a spray bottle with distilled water for a quick and effective cleaning spray.

Add one drop to two ounces of water and gargle for an effective mouth rinse.

Dilute with your favourite carrier oil and create a warming massage for cold, achy joints during winter time.

NOTE: Always keep out of the reach of children. And if you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician before using. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
